The Sauna Club – Yarrow

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

BOOKING & PAYMENT

All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your session.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Sessions cannot be extended.

PARTICIPATION

Guests must be 19 years or older.

Use of the sauna and cold plunge is at your own risk. All guests must complete and agree to the waiver prior to participation.

CONDUCT

To maintain a respectful and safe environment:

• Follow all posted rules and staff guidance

• No alcohol or drug use

• No unsafe or disruptive behaviour

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

WHAT TO BRING

We recommend bringing:

• A water bottle

• Sandals or slides

• Robe

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

The Sauna Club – Yarrow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

CONDITIONS

Sessions run rain or shine. In the event of unsafe conditions, sessions may be rescheduled.
